Long time friends, Paul and Lindsay worked together for the first time in 2011 on a charity fundraising dinner for the local RNLI.  Lindsay explains, “The cockle beds had just been re-opened at Lytham and lots of people were setting out with no survival kit and getting into all sorts of trouble in the estuary and the lads from the RNLI were getting sent out there every two minutes to rescue them and bring them back”.  The local RNLI were called out 27 times in 25 days rescuing people and saving lives and like all RNLI stations, the lifeboatmen and women are all volunteers.

“We just thought we should do something to demonstrate our support so we decided to put on a fundraiser and it sold out completely in three days and raised £12k for kit for the crew and we had great fun doing the event and things went from there” says Paul.

The Campbell & Rowley partnership formally came together to establish the award winning Rowley’s Bistro and Bar at Blackpool Football Club (BFC) Hotel – “Our love of football and great food was just too irresistible an opportunity to pass off”.  Things took off almost immediately and in no time, they were being asked to deliver and service a number of contracts and venues across the region.  Campbell & Rowley have very quickly become the largest independent Caterer in Lancashire and recommended caterers at some of the most prestigious venues in Lancashire and the Northwest.
