Favourite dish? After travelling and immigrating to New Zealand I fell in love with the national delicacy; Lamb. Being back on home soil and back to my original roots I have become a huge Lancashire Hot Pot fan.
Favourite drink? As being a previous cocktail bartender in Auckland I fell in love with the classic Moijto. The freshness, zest and crispness of the drink is delicious.
