Oscar first met the lovely Jenna and Phil at one of Lancashire’s top Wedding Venue’s – Hoghton Tower, at the winter wedding fayre.
We automatically connected chatting all things Wedding Catering at Hoghton Tower, only a few weeks later we met again at Rowley’s@BFC for the happy couples wedding tasting where Paul Rowley presented a selection of our Campbell & Rowley delights.
After a bottle of fizz and a tasting session we all sat down to chat through the specifics, our Caramelised Onion and Goats Cheese Tartlet with Sea Salt Asparagus was the winner for the starter, the main was our Sous Vide Shin of Beef served with sharing bowls of crisp roast potatoes, seasonal greens and a selection of homemade sauces and jus, and of course the dessert who could turn down our Chocolate Plantpot!
After the tasting Phil and Jenna were wondering what to do, so Oscar recommended going into Lytham for a drink, he even gave them a lift, we do more than catering you know!
On the Day itself we worked closely with the lovely Margaret from The Gilded Lily and Legendary Wedding DJ Gary Mills Millington and of Course Elena De-Hoghton of Hoghton Tower to create a stunning day.
The Banqueting Hall was set in white and silver which lit up the room and created a beautiful reception, after Phil and Jenna became the New Mr & Mrs Prince, Team Campbell & Rowley turned the room around for the main meal whilst Paul and Iona served Fizz and Canapés including our Mini Goats Cheese Pizza’s and BBQ Glazed Sausages.
The Speeches were done followed by the Wedding Breakfast where the meal went down a treat, Jenna even quoted “This tastes even better than the first time we tried it!”.
After the Meal in the Banqueting Hall it was time for Dj Gary Mills to set up and start the nights entertainment, the cutting of the cake started off the night followed by the first dance and after that it was dancing all night.
